(1947 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery
County", sub-title, "Gaithersburg", said new section to be

known as Section 431A of said Article and to follow im-

mediately after Section 431 thereof, and to read as fol-

lows:

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, THAT A NEW SECTION
BE AND IT IS HEREBY ADDED TO THE CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY
(1950 EDITION), BEING ARTICLE 16 OF THE CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, TITLE "MONT-
GOMERY COUNTY, " SUB-TITLE "GAITHERSBURG, "
SAID NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION
107-3A, TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECTION
107-3 THEREOF; THAT A NEW SECTION BE AND IT
IS HEREBY ADDED TO THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL
LAWS OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY (1943 EDI-
TION), BEING ARTICLE 17 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC
LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, TITLE "PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY, " SUB-TITLE "WASHINGTON
SUBURBAN SANITARY DISTRICT, " SAID NEW SEC-
TION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 1420H, TO FOLLOW
IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECTION 1420G THEREOF;
AND TO ADD A NEW SECTION TO THE SAID CODE
OF PUBLIC LAWS OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY,
SAID NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION
130-18B, TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECTION
130-18A THEREOF, AND ALL TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

431A. The boundaries of the town of Gaithersburg are
hereby extended to include the following area which is

added to said town:

107-3A. THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF
GAITHERSBURG ARE HEREBY EXTENDED TO IN-
CLUDE THE FOLLOWING AREAS, WHICH ARE
HEREBY ADDED TO SAID TOWN:

(A) Beginning for the same at a point on the West side of
the Rockville and Frederick Road and at the end of 1383. 83'
on the 15th line of a conveyance from Offutt to Casey for
191. 17A by deed recorded among the land records of Mont-
gomery County at Liber 668/209 thence with said line be-
ing the westerly edge of the said road N 24 20 30 W N
34-20-30 W to the point of intersection with the existing
corporation line running across the said road and 150. 00'
