(g), and to follow immediately after Sub-section (f) of
said Section, relating to the civil jurisdiction of Trial
Magistrates in Howard County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added
to Section 6 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1951 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title
"Civil Jurisdiction", said new sub-section to be known as
Sub-section (g), to follow immediately after Sub-section
(f) of said section, and to read as follows:

(g) Trial Magistrates in Howard County shall have civil
jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore mentioned in this sec-
tion, instituted after June 1, 1953, and involving amounts
not exceeding Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(House Bill 213)
AN ACT to add four new sections to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition),
being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Prince George's County", said new sec-
tions to be known as Sections 281A, 281B, 281C and
281D, to follow immediately after Section 281 of said
Code and to be under the new sub-title "Clerk to Grand
Jury", providing for a Clerk to the Grand Juries of said
County, defining his duties and imposing a penalty for
the violation thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That four new sections be and they are hereby
