CHAPTER 67
(House Bill 182)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 82 of Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Charles County", sub-
title "County Commissioners", as said section was
amended by Chapter 650 of the Acts of 1945, providing
for an increase in the salary of the Clerk to the County
Commissioners for Charles County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 82 of Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "County Commissioners", as
said section was amended by Chapter 650 of the Acts of
1945, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
82. He shall receive a salary not exceeding [fifteen
hundred] Three Thousand Dollars per annum, payable
monthly or semi-monthly and shall receive no extra or other
compensation or fees of any kind for the duties now im-
posed upon himself by law by the provisions of this sub-
title or otherwise, which may properly appertain to his
office.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Civil Jurisdic-
tion", said new sub-section to be known as Sub-section
