be, shall each receive a fee to be fixed and ordered by the
said Orphans' Court in accordance with the services ren-
dered and in proportion with the estate appraised. And
the said Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to make and
approve a schedule for the fees of the Chief Appraiser
and the fees of the assistant appraiser or appraisers.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 3 and 20 of Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as enacted by
Chapter 908 of the Acts of 1943, title "Harford County",
sub-title "Aberdeen", and to enact two new sections in
lieu thereof, to be known as Sections 3 and 20; and to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2 of said
Article 13, as enacted by Chapter 708 of the Acts of
1951; and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Sections 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 24, 36, Sub-section (a) of
Sections 48, 54, and 60 of said Article 13, as enacted by
Chapter 908 of the Acts of 1943; and to repeal and
re-enact Section 62 of said Article 13 as enacted by
Chapter 582 of the Acts of 1947, with amendments; and
to add two new sections to said Article, to be known
as Sections 4A and 34A, and to follow respectively
Sections 4 and 34; all of said sections pertaining to the
Charter of the Town of Aberdeen, defining the boun-
daries of said Town, providing for its government by
the Board of Town Commissioners; and their election;
AND COMPENSATION; and defining the rights,
powers, duties and obligations of said Town and said
Commissioners, including the right to pass ordinances,
levy and collect taxes, incur obligations, maintain a
police force, fire department, water and sewerage sys-
tems, streets, alleys, etc., and to employ the necessary
personnel, provide for zoning the areas described,
