AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-

section (Prince George's County) of Section 100 of

Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial
Magistrates System", relating to the places where the

Trial Magistrates of Prince George's County shall sit.

AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH
AMENDMENTS, SUB-SECTION (D) OF SECTION 6
OF ARTICLE 52 OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF
MARYLAND (1951 EDITION), TITLE "JUSTICES
OF THE PEACE", SUB-TITLE "CIVIL JURISDIC-
TION". AND TO ENACT A NEW SUB-SECTION TO
BE KNOWN AS SUB-SECTION (G) OF SAID SEC-
TION, TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUB-
SECTION (F) THEREOF; AND TO ADD TWO NEW
SECTIONS TO SAID ARTICLE, SAID NEW SEC-
TIONS TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 29A AND
SECTION 43A, SUB-TITLES "DOCKET", "PROC-
ESS AND PRACTICE", RESPECTIVELY, AND TO
FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY • AFTER SECTIONS 29
AND 43 RESPECTIVELY; AND TO REPEAL AND
RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SUB-SECTION
(PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY) OF SECTION 100
OF SAID ARTICLE, SUB-TITLE "TRIAL MAGIS-
TRATES SYSTEM"; AND TO ADD A NEW SEC-
TION TO SAID ARTICLE AND SUB-TITLE, SAID
NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 112A
AND TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SEC-
TION 112 THEREOF, GENERALLY AMENDING
THE LAW RELATING TO THE JURISDICTION,
SALARY AND DUTIES OF THE TRIAL MAGIS-
TRATES AND CLERKS TO THE TRIAL MAGIS-
TRATES OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sub-section (Prince George's County) of

Section 100 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Mary-

land (1951 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace", sub title
"Trial Magistrates System'', be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
