of another for the purpose of invading the privacy of
the occupant by looking through a window, door or
aperture, and providing for a penalty upon conviction
thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 27
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title "Trespass, " said new
section to be known as Section 302A, to follow immediately
after Section 302 of said Article, and to read as follows:
S02A. Any person who shall enter upon the land or
premises of another for the purpose of invading the privacy
of the occupants of any building or enclosure located there-
on, by looking into any window, door or other aperture of
such building or enclosure, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than
Two Hundred FIFTY Dollars or imprisoned for not more
than two years THIRTY DAYS, or both fined and im-
prisoned.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 43 to 111 inclusive and Sec-
tions 113 to 117 inclusive of Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County", sub-title "Town of Centreville"
as enacted by Chapter 575 of the Acts of 1949, the same
comprising the corporate charter of the Town of Centre-
ville, and to enact in lieu thereof 82 new sections to
Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition) title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title
"Town of Centreville", to be known as Sections 43 to
110 inclusive and Sections 113 to 126 inclusive, revising
