SAID SECTION BE AND IT IS HEREBY REPEALED,
AND THAT a new sub-section be and it is hereby added
to said section, said new sub-section to be known as Sub-
section (b) (9) of said section, to follow immediately after
Sub-section (b) (8) thereof, and all to read as follows:

298.
(b)

(2) The Register of Wills for Caroline, [Charles, ] Wor-
cester and St. Mary's Counties shall each be entitled to
receive the annual salary of $3, 000. 00.

(4) The Register of Wills of GARRETT, Harford, Kent,
Queen Anne's, Cecil [Somerset] and Talbot Counties shall
each be entitled to receive an annual salary of $3, 600. 00.

(6) The Register of Wills of [Carroll] Charles County
shall be entitled to receive the annual salary of [$4, 200. 00]
$3, 800. 00.

(9) The Register of Wills of Carroll and Somerset
Counties
COUNTY shall be entitled to receive the annual
salary of $4, 500. 00.
AND THE REGISTER OF WILLS
OF SOMERSET COUNTY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO
RECEIVE THE ANNUAL SALARY OF $4, 000. 00.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(Senate Bill 481)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 27 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Crimes and
Punishments, " sub-title "Trespass, " said new section to
be known as Section 302A and to follow immediately
after Section 302 of said Article, providing that it shall
be a misdemeanor for any person to enter upon the land
