1142 LAWS OF MARYLAND [CH. 612

title "Revenue and taxes, " sub-title "By Whom Assess-
ments Shall Be Made, " said new sub-section to be known
as Sub-section (c) and to follow immediately after Sub-
section (b) of said Section, relating to assessments in
the town of Sudlersville, Queen Anne's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to Section
12 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition), title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "By Whom
Assessments Shall Be Made, " said new sub-section to be
known as Sub-section (c), to follow immediately after
Sub-section (b) of said Section, and to read as follows:

12.

(c). The Town Commissioners of Sudlersville, Queen
Anne's County may, in their discretion, re-assess or make
a separate assessment, for the purposes of township taxa-
tion only, of all property real or personal, subject to ordi-
nary taxation, within the corporate limits of said Town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
400 (a) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Revenue and Taxes", sub-title
"Admissions and Amusement Tax", relating to the
exemption of Agricultural Fairs from the Admissions
and Amusement Tax.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Revenue and Taxes",
