MENT" and "AGAINST THE CONSTITUTIONAL
AMENDMENT", AS NOW PRESCRIBED BY LAW,
AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER SAID ELECTION, DUE
RETURNS SHALL BE MADE TO THE GOVERNOR OF
THE VOTE FOR AND AGAINST SAID PROPOSED
AMENDMENT, AS DIRECTED BY SAID ARTICLE 14
OF THE CONSTITUTION.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
177A of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-
title "Licenses", as said section was enacted by Chapter
184 of the Acts of 1951, in order to provide for the
payment from license fees of the sum of $110, 000. 00
together with interest thereon, to the Calvert County
Hospital of Calvert County, Maryland, for the purpose
of liquidating a mortgage on its hospital building and
grounds, TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER PAYMENTS TO
THE SAID HOSPITAL and to provide that any surplus
after such payment shall be applied to the construction
by the County Commissioners of Calvert County of the
Calvert County Health Center at a rate of not more
than $25, 000. 00 a year. BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS FOR FIVE YEARS TO THE PAY-
MENT OF A CERTAIN DEFICIT IN THE OPERAT-
ING REVENUES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
OF CALVERT COUNTY AND THEREAFTER SHALL
BE APPLIED TO THE GENERAL FUNDS OF CAL-
VERT COUNTY.
