being Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Protec-
tion of Wild Life and Birds", said section pertaining to
hunting or carrying a rifle or shotgun in Baltimore
County during the closed season for hunting.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 272 of Title 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County (1948 Edition), being Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Protection of Wild Life and
Birds", be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(Senate Bill 140)
AN ACT to add three new sections to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Baltimore County (1948 Edition), being
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County", said new sections to be known
as Sections 118A, 118B and 118C and to follow imme-
diately after Section 118 thereof and to be under the new
sub-title "Title 10A. Firearms"; to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Section 417 of said Code, sub-title
"Title 29. Trespass"; and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 125 (a) of Article 66C of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Nat-
ural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland
Water Fish", sub-heading "Hunter's License", relating
generally to the firing or discharging of firearms within
the limits of the Metropolitan District of Baltimore
County, restricting the right of any person in Baltimore
County under the age of 21 years to acquire, use or
possess a firearm of any kind, providing penalties for
committing trespass in Baltimore County while carry-
