hibited from applying funds derived from any other source
to the payment of said bonds and the interest thereon. The
total amount of bonds heretofore and hereafter issued
under the provisions of this Section 852-B as now repealed
and re-enacted, and as heretofore enacted by said Acts of
1950 and 1951, shall not exceed Eight Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($800, 000. 00) in the aggregate, the authority
hereby given not being intended as a continuing one.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this
Act shall have any effect whatsoever on the status of the
bonds heretofore issued under this Section 852-B of Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 12 of Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County, " said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 502A of said Article, to follow immediately after
Section 502 thereof and to be under the new sub-title
"Stock Car Racing, " authorizing stock car racing in
Garrett County and providing for an annual license fee
for such racing.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, " said new section to
