(j) The County Commissioners of Washington County
shall pay the cost of supplies and equipment used by the
Magistrate for Juvenile Causes and his staff.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 539 of the Acts of 1949; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 130-19
of the Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition), being
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County", sub-title
"Washington Suburban Sanitary District"; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 1421 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943
Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary Dis-
trict", relating to the compensation of the members of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 539 of the Acts of 1949 be and
it is hereby repealed; that Section 130-19 of the Mont-
gomery County Code (1950 Edition), being Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Montgomery County", sub-title "Washington Sub-
urban Sanitary District", and Section 1421 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943
Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary Dis-
trict", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

130-19 (1421). For the purpose of carrying put the pro-
visions of this sub-title, said Sanitary District shall be
