SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly ofMaryland,
That the sanction and consent of the said General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants,
sales, leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from certain
persons and bodies corporate to and for the use of certain
ministerial persons, religious and educational corporations,
orders, denominations and sects, and to certain charitable
institutions hereinafter named and hereinafter set forth.

1. To the deed dated March 13, 1936, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
C.W.B. Jr. No. 972, folio 5 from George F. Arscott and
wife to Board of Trustees of the Christian and Missionary
Alliance as confirmed by deed dated May 21st, 1953, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber G.L.B. No. 2326, folio 575 from George E. Arscott,
et al to Bloomfield Branch of the Christian and Missionary
Alliance.

2. To conveyance by Joseph P. Dengler to The Trustees
of St. Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of
Perry Hall, Maryland, a body corporate, of the property
known as Lot. No. 36 on the Plat of the tract of land known
as Dengler Heights, recorded among the Plat Records of
Baltimore County in Plat Book No. 12, folio 18, and con-
veyed to the above Trustees by deed dated the 18th day of
March, 1952, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber G.L.B. No. 2088, folio 335.

3. To a deed dated June 25, 1947, from H. Clyde
Ridenour and Winona J. Ridenour, his wife, to Earl Ray-
mond Harbaugh, Eldridge Carl Gaynor, George E. Renn,
George A. Harne and Leon E. Harbaugh, Trustees of the
Church of God, of Hagerstown, Washington County, Mary-
land, and their successors in office, conveying two lots or
parcels of land described in said deed and recorded among
the Land Records of Washington County, Maryland, in
Liber 248, folio 364.

4. TO A DEED FROM CHAUNCY BROOKS AND
WIFE TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE METHO-
DIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH, PATAPSCO CIRCUIT,
DATED DECEMBER 25, 1879, AND RECORDED
AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF HOWARD COUN-
TY IN LIBER L. J. W. NO. 40, FOLIO 435, ETC.

5. TO A DEED FROM TRUSTEES OF PATAPSCO
CIRCUIT METHODIST CHURCH OF SYKESVILLE,
MARYLAND, TO THE TRUSTEES OF ST. LUKE'S
