Reconstruction in the Proposed Twelve-Year Program",
may be issued. Prior to the end of the second .four-year
period next succeeding the effective date of this Act, i.e.,
on or before the 31st day of January, during the 1961
Session of the General Assembly, the Commission shall
again present to the Governor and the General Assembly
the same type of report as shall be submitted prior to the
end of the first four-year period, and the General Assem-
bly shall have the authority to again review the program
and the further authority to prohibit or restrict the
amount of bonds that may be issued to supplement con-
struction funds available to finance the proposed con-
struction and reconstruction during the third four pro-
.gram period as said proposed construction and recon-
struction is set forth in the above-mentioned document;
provided, however, that during the first four program
years, the second four program years or the third four
program years of said program, the State Roads Commis-
sion may issue such additional bonds from the aggregate
authorized under this Act as may be necessary to finance
any re-programing of construction or reconstruction or
incidental costs in connection therewith as is permitted
under Section 8C hereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1954.

(Senate Bill 68)

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and
devises contained in the Last Wills and Testaments of
certain persons, deceased, and also to certain gifts,
grants, sales, leases and deeds made by various persons
to and for the use and benefit of sundry ministerial
persons, religious corporations, vestries, educational and
charitable institutions, churches, denominations or sects
hereinafter named.
