both parties are non-residents of the State of Maryland,
the said Clerk shall receive Three Dollars for every license
so issued. In Baltimore, Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Gar-
rett, Howard, Montgomery and Washington Counties, and
in Baltimore City, said clerks shall be paid an additional
Two Dollars for every license and shall remit monthly
the proceeds of said additional fee to the County Treasurer
of their respective counties at the end of every month for
use as general funds of said-county; except that the Clerk
of the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City shall re-
mit and shall include the proceeds of the additional fee in
his annual return to the State Comptroller of all his fees,
emoluments and receipts under the provisions of Section
26 of Article 17 of this Code.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1954.

(House Bill 84)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
8(33) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Revenue and Taxes", sub-title
"What Shall be Taxed and Where", correcting the refer-
ence to the tax exemption already granted to the Del-
Mar-Va Council, Inc., Boy Scouts of America.
WHEREAS, among the references to tax exemptions
granted to the several area councils of the Boy Scouts of
America, there is a reference to the Delmar-Virginia Area
Council; and
WHEREAS, the correct corporate name is Del-Mar-Va
Council, Inc., Boy Scouts of America, it being desirable to
make this correction in order that no doubt may exist as
to the organization referred to; now therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 8 (33) of Article 81 of the Anno-
