The Orphans' Court may also provide in its Final Order
for sale of any property, upon such terms as it deems ad-
visable and for the distribution of the proceeds in accord-
ance with its final order.
In those cases where the Orphans' Court is satisfied
that the allowable funeral expenses of a male OR UNMAR-
RIED FEMALE decedent are equal to or exceed the known
assets of the decedent's estate, the Orphans' Court, after
hearing and disposing of any objections filed in the
Orphans' Court by anyone interested in the estate, may
pass a Final Order as hereinbefore provided without the
necessity of a Preliminary Order, notice to creditors, or
Statement.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
771 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick County, "
sub-title "Thurmont, " as said section was enacted
AMENDED by Chapter 693 of the Acts of 1947, ex-
tending the taxation laws of the Town of Thurmont
throughout its corporate bounds. MAKING THE TAX-
ABLE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF THURMONT
IDENTICAL WITH THE CORPORATE BOUNDS
FOR OTHER PURPOSES; AND TO REPEAL SEC-
TION 771A OF SAID SUB-TITLE, SAID SECTION
HAVING BEEN ENACTED BY CHAPTER 15 OF
THE ACTS OF 1939 AND AUTHORIZING THE
COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF THURMONT
THUS TO EXTEND THE TAXABLE LIMITS.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 771 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
