which not more than two and one-half per centum may be
milk fat.

(j) Frozen Ice Confections or Frozen Sherbet Confections
shall be
manufactured for sale, stored, sold or dispensed only
in individual portions, packages or containers prepared in such
form at the place of manufacture and cannot be
used in the
manufacture of milk shakes. Every such individual portion,
package or container shall be
labeled in letters not less than 1/8
inch in size with the words "Frozen Ice Confection" or "Frozen
Sherbet Confection'', respectively.

195. [* (a) Ice milk shall be manufactured for sale, stored,
sold or dispensed only in individual portions, packages or con-
tainers prepared in such form at the place of manufacture.
Every such individual portion, package or container shall be
labeled in letters of easily readable size with the words "ICE
MILK".

(b) Imitation ice cream shall not be sold, advertised or of-
fered or exposed for sale by anyone at any time.

Imitation Ice Cream shall not be sold, possessed, advertised
or offered or exposed for sale by anyone at any time.

No person shall advertise, possess, or expose for sale, or offer
for sale, any frozen or partially frozen product or compound
made wholly or partly out of milk, cream (with or without
added milk solids or added milk fats), sweetening agent,
flavoring, with or without coloring, or eggs, if it shall contain
any fat, oils, or paraffin, other than milk fat, except such fat or
oils as are naturally contained in the flavor used.

Frozen Dairy Foods and Ices mean any or all of the follow-
ing: Ice Cream, Frozen Custard, Sherbet, Water or Fruit Ice,
Frozen Ice Confections and Frozen Sherbet Confections.
Frozen Dairy Foods and Ices mix means the mix used in the
freezing of the above mentioned frozen foods and ices.

Each manufacturer of the frozen dairy foods and ices men-
tioned in this law or of frozen dairy foods and ices mix, when-
ever sold or offered for sale in the counties in this State shall
file with the State Board of Health an application for a license
upon a form prescribed by the said Board. The application
shall show the location of each plant at which frozen dairy
foods and ices and frozen dairy foods and ices mix are to be
manufactured and the name of the brand or brands, if any,
under which the same are to be sold.

When any such application, accompanied by the license fee
of $10. 00 shall have been properly filed with the State Board of
