be levied only in the Election District wherein the said Fire
Company or companies are located. ], EXCEPT THAT THE
AMOUNT LEVIED IN THE EIGHTH ELECTION DIS-
TRICT MAY BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE DEALE VOL-
UNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INCORPORATED.

326A. (1) The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County are hereby authorized and empowered to levy a special
fire tax not to exceed twelve cents on each One Hundred
Dollars ($100) valuation of assessable real and personal prop-
erty assessed for State and county tax purposes, within the
Eighth Election District of Anne Arundel County.

(2) The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County are
hereby authorized and empowered to levy a special fire tax
not to exceed six cents on each One Hundred Dollars ($100)
valuation of assessable real and personal property assessed
for State and county tax purposes within the Seventh Election
District of Anne Arundel County. The fire tax authorized by
this sub-section shall be in addition to any or all fire taxes
which are or may be levied within the Seventh Election District
of Anne Arundel County.

(3) The taxes so levied under this section shall be collected
by the tax-collecting authorities of Anne Arundel County and
annually they shall remit to the Deale Volunteer Fire Depart-
ment, Incorporated, its successor or successors, the amount
of the tax so collected, upon the said Treasurer giving his
corporate bond to the said county commissioners conditioned
upon the faithful discharge of the duties of said Treasurer.

(4) The money so collected under this sub-title, INCLUD-
ING THE AMOUNT COLLECTED IN THE EIGHTH
ELECTION DISTRICT TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE
DEALE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INCORPO-
RATED, must be used for the purchase, maintenance, opera-
tion and replacement of the Fire Fighting Equipment and
Housing of the same,
AND FOR THE PURPOSES SPECI-
FIED IN SECTION 329 HEREINBELOW, only for the above-
mentioned Fire Department.

(5) Siad Fire Department shall meet the Standard Re-

quirements as prescribed by the Anne Arundel County-
Volunteer Firemen's Association, Inc., its
constitution, by
laws and amendments. In the event the Fire Department
hereinbefore mentioned shall cease to remain an active fire
fighting organization or have not used the moneys appro-

priated to them for the sole purposes set forth in this sub-
title then the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County are authorized and directed to discontinue the col-
