certificate representing such policy clearly setting forth the
amount of the premium, the kind or kinds of insurance and
the scope of the coverage and all of the terms, exceptions,
limitations, restrictions and conditions of the contract or
contracts of insurance. If the goods sold consist of a motor
vehicle or vehicles, the description of the insurance coverage,
if any, shall include in bold type 12 POINT BOLD TYPE OR
LARGER a definite statement that the insurance includes or
does not include coverage for personal liability and property
damage caused to others, as the case may be. If the seller or
sales finance company which was a party to such instrument
assigns it without having complied with the requirements of
this sub-section (b), the assignee shall in like manner mail
such copy or certificate to the buyer within the same period
or within 5 days after such assignment, whichever is later.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

CHAPTER 3
(House Bill 32)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 211 to 234, inclusive, of Article 33
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement),
title "Elections", sub-title "Voting by Mail in Municipal Elec-
tions in Baltimore City", said sections relating to absentee
voting by certain persons in municipal primary elections in
Baltimore City; to repeal Sections 235 to 251, inclusive, of
said Article 33, sub-title "Voting by Mail in Municipal
General Elections in Baltimore City", said sections relat-
ing to absentee voting by certain persons in municipal gen-
eral elections in Baltimore City; and to enact in lieu thereof
twenty-three new sections to be added to said Article 33,
said new sections to be known as Sections 211 to 233, inclu-
sive, to follow immediately after Section 210 thereof, to
stand in the place and stead of the sections so repealed,
and to be under the new sub-title "Absentee Voting in Mu-
nicipal Elections in Baltimore City"; providing under cer-
