section to be known as sub-section (a-1), to follow imme-
diately after sub-section (a) of said Section, and to read
as follows:
22.
(a-1) Whenever any classified employee shall be dis-
missed from the classified service for any cause involving
moral turpitude, such employee shall forfeit all unused
vacation time and compensation for all unused vacation
leave. Whenever the services of any classified employee
shall be terminated within six (6) months from the date
of his original appointment to the classified service, such
employee shall not be entitled to any unused vacation leave
or compensation for unused vacation leave. Subject to the
exceptions hereinbefore set forth, every classified em-
ployee, upon the termination of his service as a classified
employee, shall be entitled to receive a sum equivalent to
one-thirtieth (1/30th) of his last monthly compensation
multiplied by the number of days of his unused vacation
leave.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

CHAPTER 221
(Senate Bill 262)
AN ACT to repeal Section 122F of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County, " sub-title "Chestertown, " as said section
was enacted by Chapter 101 of the Acts of 1931, said
section relating to the list of assessments to be furnished
the Town of Chestertown.
WHEREAS, the County Commissioners of Kent County
are not required to furnish the assessment lists of prop-
erty in the several municipalities of the County except to
Chestertown; and
