tained in Section 1 of Article XIV of the Constitution of Mary-
land, do by this my Proclamation hereby declare and proclaim
that the greatest number of votes having been cast in favor of
the above recited Chapters 226, 407, 714, 14 and 56, and each of
them, the same as specifically set forth in said Acts, have been
and are duly ratified by the legal and qualified voters of the
State, and henceforth they, and each of them shall become parts
of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, as in said Acts
specifically set forth.

Annapolis, this 1st Day of December, in the
Year of Our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hun-
dred and Fifty.
