AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local

Laws of Baltimore County 1948 Edition), being Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Bal-

timore County", said new section to be known as Section

399A, to follow immediately after Section 399 thereof, to
be AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH
AMENDMENTS, SECTION 399 OF THE CODE OF PUB-
LIC LOCAL LAWS OF BALTIMORE COUNTY (1948
EDITION), BEING ARTICLE 3 OF THE CODE OF PUB-
LIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, TITLE "BALTI-
MORE COUNTY", SAID SECTION BEING under "Title
27. Taxes and Tax Sales", and under the sub-heading "An-
nual Levy", providing for a discount for the prompt pay-
ment of personal property taxes in Baltimore County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That a new section to be and it is hereby added to the

Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County (1948

Edition), being Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws

of Maryland, title "Baltimore County", said new section to

be known as Section 399A, to follow immediately after

Section 399 thereof, to be under Title 27. Taxes and Tax
Sales", and under the sub-heading "Annual Levy", and to
read as follows:

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL AS-
SEMBLY OF MARYLAND, THAT SECTION 399 OF THE
CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF BALTIMORE
