to follow immediately after Sections 1283A, 130-18, and
1420F, respectively, extending the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District and the jurisdiction of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties, authority and
powers to include certain additional territory within Mont-
gomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to the
Montgomery County Code (1947 Edition and 1950 Edition)
and the Prince George's County Code (1943 Edition), (Being
Articles 16 and 17, respectively, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), titles "Montgomery County, " and "Prince
George's County, " sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, " said new section to be known as Section 1283B
of the Montgomery County Code (1947 Edition) (Section
130-18A of the 1950 Edition), and Section 1420G of the Prince
George's County Code (1943 Edition) and to follow immed-
iately after Sections 1283A, 130-18, and 1420F, respectively,
and to read as follows:
1283B (130-18A) (1420G). The Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District and the jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission, its duties, authority and powers, are
hereby extended to include additional territory within Mont-
gomery County designated and described by the following
boundaries:
Beginning at a point 150. 00 feet northwesterly of Water
Street in the Town of Gaithersburg and of the southeast corner
of the lot retained by the grantor of the conveyance from Oscar
E. Fulks and Edith M. Fulks to the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission as recorded among the land records of
Montgomery County in Liber CKW 612, folio 345 and being on
the westerly boundary of said lot, said line also being the west-
ernmost boundary of the present Washington Suburban Sani-
tary Commission district as extended (Act 1947, Ch. 820)
thence 150. 00 feet west from and parallel to the center line of
said Water Street to intersect the center line of Chambers
Lane (a road leading to the residence of Robert Chambers);
thence along the center line of said lane in a southeasterly
direction 150. 00 feet more or less to a point in the above men-
tioned center line of Water Street; thence still in a south-
easterly direction crossing the (formerly) E. T. Mills property
to the westmost corner of the property of the Board of Educa-
tion acquired from Frank H. Wilmot by deed dated May 18,
1946; thence to include all of said land running with the south-
westerly and easterly lines thereof to a point 150. 00 feet west
of the Rockville and Frederick Road; thence 150. 00 feet west
from and parallel to the center line of said road in a southerly
