THAT HE FAITHFULLY PERFORM THE DUTIES OF
HIS OFFICE AND ACCOUNT FOR ALL FUNDS RE-
CEIVED UNDER COLOR OF HIS OFFIC^. SAID BOND
SHALL BE FILED WITH THE COMPTROLLER OF BAL-
TIMORE CITY. IF THE SAID CHIEF CONSTABLE, OR
ANY CLERK OR CONSTABLE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT
REQUIRED TO DO SO BY RULE OF COURT, SHALL FAIL
TO GIVE BOND, HE OR SHE SHALL BE REMOVED.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and they
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sub-section
(b) of Section 3 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title 'Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "Permits", to promote reciprocal relations with
jurisdictions outside the State of Maryland in the sale and
distribution of alcoholic beverages produced or distributed
by Maryland licensees when sold or delivered into jurisdic-
tions outside the State of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (b) of Section 3 of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Alco-
holic Beverages", sub-title "Permits", be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
