shall be issued without fee on such forms as the Commission
may designate.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 331)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
45A of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1917 Supplement), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-

title "Judgments", providing that judgments rendered by
the People's Court of Baltimore City shall be recorded by
the Chief Constable of said Court and thereby making said
Court a Court of Record.

AN ACT TO ADD A NEW SECTION TO ARTICLE 52 OF
THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1939 EDI-
TION AND 1947 SUPPLEMENT), TITLE "JUSTICES OF
THE PEACE, " SAID NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS
SECTION 45B, TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER
SECTION 45A THEREOF AND TO BE UNDER THE
SUB-TITLE "JUDGMENTS, " PROVIDING THAT FROM
AND AFTER JANUARY 2, 1954, JUDGMENTS REN-
DERED BY THE PEOPLE'S COURT OF BALTIMORE
CITY SHALL BE RECORDED BY THE CHIEF CON-
STABLE OF SAID COURT, MAKING SAID COURT A
COURT OF RECORD AND DEFINING THE EFFECT
OF SUCH JUDGMENTS WHEN SO RECORDED AND
THE POWERS OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT OF BALTI-
MORE CITY OVER JUDGMENTS RENDERED BY IT.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land
, That Section 45A of Article 52 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1917 Supplement), title
"Justices of the
Peace", sub title "Judgments", be and it is hereby repealed
and re enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
