delivery to any person in this State immediately before the
effective date of this act may be used or delivered or issued for
delivery to any such person during five years after the effective
date of this act without being subject to the provisions of Sec-
tions 106B, 106C or 106D of this act.

AN ACT to repeal Sub-section (n) of Section 51 of Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Procedure for Issuance of
Licenses", relating to the earmarking of Alcoholic Beverage
license fees in Montgomery County for specified purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (n) of Section 51 of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Procedure for Issuance of
Licenses", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.
