1972 LAWS OF MARYLAND [CH. 670

1951 LEGISLATIVE SESSION WHICH ARE IN CON-
FORMITY WITH THIS ACT.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That three new sub-sections be and they are hereby added
to Section 3 of Article 25A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Chartered Counties of
Maryland", sub-title "Enumeration of Express Powers",
said new sub-sections to be known as sub-sections (U),
(V) and (W) and to follow immediately after sub-section
(T) of said section and all to read as follows:
