All license fees collected by the Commission shall be paid
into the Treasury of the State, and credited to the Conserva-
tion Fund. Every licensee shall exhibit his license whenever
demanded by any duly authorized officer.

All license fees collected by the Commission of Tidewater
Fisheries under the provisions of this sub-title shall be used to
establish and maintain a hatchery or hatcheries and rearing
ponds for shad and herring or any other species of fish selected
by the Commission at such place or places in this State as
the Commission may, in its discretion, deem best.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 773)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 84A
of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Garrett County", sub-title "County
Commissioners", said section having been enacted by Chap-
ter 1031 of the Acts of 1945, providing a payment on account
of expenses to the County Commissioners of Garrett County
in their capacity as the Road Board of said County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 84A of Article 12 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", said section having
been enacted by Chapter 1031 of the Acts of 1945, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

84A. The County Commissioners of Garrett County are au-
thorized and empowered to control and regulate the public
