THEODORE R. MCKELDIN, GOVERNOR 1927

THE STATE'S ATTORNEY OF CALVERT COUNTY
SHALL BE ALLOWED SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS
($600. 00) ANNUALLY FOR CLERICAL EXPENSES.

(f). The State's Attorney of Harford, St. Mary's, Talbot
and Wicomico Counties shall each receive an annual salary
of $3, 000.

The State's Attorney of St. Mary's County shall be allowed
Six Hundred Dollars ($600. 00) annually for clerical expenses.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

CHAPTER 657
(House Bill 663)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
7 (i) 4 of Article 72 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), title "Oysters and Clams", sub-title
"Dredging in County Waters", clarifying the line between
Wades Point and Second Kent or Long Point, in Talbot
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Section 7 (i) 4 of Article 72 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Oysters and Clams",
sub-title "Dredging in County Waters", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

7. (i) 4. Talbot County Only—The waters lying between a
line drawn from Lows Point to Bloody Point Lighthouse and a
line drawn from Wades Point Farm House to Wades Point
bell buoy and thence from Wades Point bell buoy
to Second
Kent or Long Point.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

Approved April 30, 1951.
