County", sub-title "Budget", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
183. This sub-title shall not affect the preparation of the
school budget by the County Board of Education, the levy of
school taxes, or the expenditure of the receipts of such taxes,
in accordance with Section 56 of Article 77 of the Annotated
Code (1939) and other provisions of law, except that said
Board shall be subject to Sections 168, 178 and 184 of this sub-
otitle [. ] with respect to funds levied by or belonging to the
County.
TITLE. PROVIDED THAT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1951
ONLY, THE SAID BOARD SHALL BE SUBJECT TO SEC-
TIONS 168, 178 AND 184 WITH RESPECT ONLY TO
THOSE FUNDS LEVIED BY OR BELONGING TO THE
COUNTY.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 443)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
38 (a) and (b) of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, "
sub-title "Further Regulations in County Waters, " as said
Section was amended by Chapter 566 of the Acts of 1949,
making it unlawful to use haul seines in certain waters of
Dorchester County during certain periods and eliminating
Little Choptank River and its tributaries from certain re-
quirements as to size of nets and seines.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 38(a) and (b) of Article 39 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Fish and
Fisheries, " sub-title "Further Regulations in County Waters, "
as said section was amended by Chapter 566 of the Acts of
1949, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
