title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Boards of License
Commissioners", said new sub-section to be known as Sub-
section (b) and to follow immediately after Sub-section (a)
of said section; and to add a new sub-section to Section 135
of said Article, to be known as Sub-section (na) and to fol-
low immediately after Sub-section (n) of said Section; and
to add a new sub-section to Section 138 of said Article, said
new sub-section to be known as Sub-section (f) and to fol-
low immediately after Sub-section (e) of said Section; and
to repeal Sub-section (b) of Section 133 of said Article,
relating to the establishment of a Board of License Com-
missioners in Montgomery County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to Sec-
tion 129 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Boards of License Commissioners", said new sub-section to
be known as Sub-section (b) and to follow immediately after
Sub-section (a) of said section; and a new sub-section be and
it is hereby added to Section 135 of said Article, to be known
as Sub-section (na) and to follow immediately after Sub-sec-
tion (n) of said section; and that a new sub-section be and it
is hereby added to Section 138 of said Article, said new sub-
section to be known as Sub-section (f) and to follow immedi-
ately after Sub-section (e) of said section; and all to read as
follows:

(b) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County, on July
1, 1951, the County Council shall appoint three persons who
shall constitute the Board of License Commissioners for said
County. One of the members
appointed to the first Board shall
serve for two years; another shall serve for four years; and
the third shall serve for six years. At the expiration of each
of the above terms, appointments or reappointments shall be
for six year terms. No more than two members of said Board
shall belong to the same political party.

135.

(na) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County, each
member of the Board of License Commissioners shall receive
Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200. 00) per year for his services.

138.

(f) (Montgomery County. ) (1) In Montgomery County, the
services of the Department of Inspection and Licenses, the
