AND SUB-SECTION 103 (B) THEREOF HAVING
BEEN AMENDED BY CHAPTER 102 OF THE ACTS
OF 1950; AND TO ADD SUB-SECTIONS 24A (A),
37 (F), 57 (B-1), 59 (A-1), 105 (G-1) AND 127 (A-1)
TO SAID ARTICLE, SAID NEW SUB-SECTIONS TO
BE UNDER THE SUB-TITLES "LOCAL LICENSES
AND LICENSE PROVISIONS", "GENERAL PROVI-
SIONS ON ISSUE OF LICENSES", "REVOCATION
AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSES", "RESTRIC-
TIONS", AND "BOARDS OF LICENSE COMMIS-
SIONERS", AND TO FOLLOW RESPECTIVELY
AFTER SECTION 24 AND AFTER SUB-SECTIONS
37 (E), 57 (B), 59 (A), 105 (G) AND 127 (A) OF
SAID ARTICLE AND SUB-TITLES, RECONSTITUT-
ING THE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD OF ALLE-
GANY COUNTY AS THE BOARD OF LICENSE COM-
MISSIONERS, RELATING GENERALLY TO THE
MEMBERS, TENURE, SALARIES AND DUTIES OF
THE SAID BOARD AND TO THE ADMINISTRA-
TION OF THE BUSINESS OF THE SAID BOARD
AND RELATING GENERALLY TO THE SALE AND
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN
ALLEGANY COUNTY.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 130 and Sub-section 136 (c) of Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Alcoholic Beverages, " sub-title "Boards of License Com-
missioners", be and they are hereby repealed; that Sub-
sections 37 (d) of said Article 2B, sub-title "General Pro-
visions on Issue of Licenses"' be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments; that Sub sections 127
(e) and 135 (b) of said Article 2B, sub title "Boards of
License Commissioners", be and they are hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments; that a new sub-section
be and it is hereby added to Section 127 of said Article 2B,
sub-title "Boards of License Commissioners", said new sub-
section to be known as Sub-section (a-1) and to follow
immediately after Sub-section (a) thereof, and all to read
as follows:
THAT SUB-SECTIONS 37 (D), 37 (E), 45 (B), 48 (C)
(2), 51 (B), 103 (B), 122 (A), 127 (E) AND 135 (B) OF
SAID ARTICLE, BE AND THE SAME ARE HEREBY
REPEALED AND RE-ENACTED, WITH AMEND-
MENTS, SAID SUB-SECTIONS BEING IN THE SEV-
ERAL SUB-TITLES "GENERAL PROVISIONS ON IS-
