"Detective Agencies and Agents", to repeal Section 267 of
said Article, sub-title "Commercial, Mercantile and Mutual
Protective Agencies", and to repeal Section 292 of said
Article, sub-title "Non-Resident Wholesale Tobacco Deal-
ers", repealing the provisions as to certain State licenses..

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 262 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "De-
tective Agencies and Agents", Section 267 of said Article, sub-
title "Commercial, Mercantile and Mutual Protective Agen-
cies", and Section 292 of said Article, sub-title "Non-Resident
Wholesale Tobacco Dealers", be and the same are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all of the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

(Senate Bill 17)

AN ACT to add four SIX SEVEN new sections to Article 21
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Conveyancing", said new sections to be under the sub-title
"Land Instalment Contracts", to be known as Sections 117
to 120, 122, 123, inclusive, and to follow immediately after
Section 116 of said Article, regulating certain land instal-
ment contracts.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That four SIX SEVEN new sections be and they are
hereby added to Article 21 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Conveyancing", said new sections to be
