AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(c) of Section 77 of Article 81 of the Annotated of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes", sub-title
"Tax Sales", as said sub-section was enacted by Chapter
457 of the Acts of 1949 of the General Assembly of Maryland,
relating to advertising notice of tax sales in Anne Arundel
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (c) of Section 77 of Article 81 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Rev-
enue and Taxes", sub-title "Tax Sales", as said sub-section was
enacted by Chapter 457 of the Acts of 1949 of the general
Assembly of Maryland, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follow:

77.

(c) In Anne Arundel County, such notice shall be published
in two newspapers [with certified circulation] published in
said County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.
