AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 85 of Article
33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement),
title 'Elections", sub-title "Elections", said new sub-section
to be known as Sub-section (a-1) and to follow immediately
after Sub-section (a) of said Section 85, providing that
