THEODORE R. MCKELDIN, GOVERNOR 1743

PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, TITLE "ANNE
ARUNDEL COUNTY", SUB-TITLE "ANNAPOLIS'7, AS.
SAID SECTION WAS ENACTED BY CHAPTER 106 OF
THE ACTS OF 1950, BE AND IT IS HEREBY REPEALED
AND RE ENACTED, WITH AMENDMENTS, TO READ AS
FOLLOWS:

(f) [The 6th District is described as being the City Limits
of Annapolis, In brief—bounded on the south and east by the
South shore of Spa Creek; on the northeast by the limits of
the Naval Academy property; on the northwest by the north-
west shore of College Creek; and from the head of College
Creek: in a southwesterly direction to the northernmost corner
of the National Cemetery Lot and the west side of Division
Street, now Taylor Avenue; thence with the west side of
Division Street and the extension thereof, to the center line
of Spa Road; thence westerly with the center line of Spa Road
to the west property line of the Koch property; thence with
the same to the Annapolis High School; thence with the west
line of the Annapolis High School property to the north shore
of Spa Creek; thence with the north shore of Spa Creek to
where the same is intersected by the center line of Amos Gar-
rett Boulevard; thence with the extension of the center line
of said Boulevard, to the south shore of Spa Creek. ] The Sixth
District is described as being the City limits of Annapolis as
defined ~by the General Assembly of Maryland at its January
Session in the year 1951, pursuant to a referendum in certain
areas contiguous to said City, held on May 23, 1950, pursuant
to an ordinance of the Mayor and Aldermen of Annapolis
adopted April 10, 1950, in which the description of said bound-
aries is likewise set forth, and wherever the boundaries of any
of the other Districts of Anne Arundel County described in
sub-sections (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (g), and (h) of
this section
conflict with the boundaries of the City of Annapolis as above
described the boundaries of said City shall prevail for the
purpose of determining the boundaries of said Sixth District
of Anne Arundel County.
