to the centerline of Clagett Street, thence still easterly with
the centerline of Clagett Street to the west line of College
Heights Subdivision, thence following the boundary lines of
said Subdivision and Block E thereof, northerly and easterly to
the centerline of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard, thence
southerly with the centerline of the Washington-Baltimore
Boulevard to the centerline of Albion Road, thence easterly
with the centerline of Albion Road and the easterly projection
thereof to the easterly boundary of the parcel of land owned
by the University of Maryland east of the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad, thence following the easterly boundary of said parcel
northerly to the southerly boundary of the subdivision of
Kropp's Addition to College Park, thence still following the
southerly and easterly boundary of said Subdivision to the cen-
terline of Calvert Road as it now exists and not as originally
platted, thence with the centerline of Calvert Road easterly to
the centerline of Edmonston Road, thence southerly with the
centerline of Edmonston Road to the centerline of Good Luck
Road, thence easterly with the centerline of Good Luck Road
to the easterly boundary line of Wildercroft Subdivision, thence
southerly with the easterly boundary of said Subdivision to the
centerline of the Old River dale Road or Finn's Lane, thence
southeasterly with the centerline of Old Riverdale Road or
Finn's Lane to the northerly boundary line of Kidmore Park
Subdivision, thence westerly with the northerly boundaries of
said Subdivision (being in part the southerly boundary of Wild-
ercroft Subdivision) to the extreme northwest corner of Kid-
more Park, thence still following the boundary of Kidmore
Park and Wildercroft southerly to the northeast corner of East-
pines Subdivision, thence still southerly and westerly with the
easterly lines of Eastpines to the centerline of the Washington-
Baltimore Parkway, thence southerly with the centerline of the
Washington-Baltimore Parkway to the eastward projection of
the centerline of Carter's Lane, thence westerly with said pro-
jection and the centerline of Carter's Lane to the centerline of
Edmonston Road, thence southerly with the centerline of Ed-
monston Road to the centerline of Hamilton Street in Elmar
Gardens Subdivision, thence leaving Edmonston Road and
Hamilton Street and running westerly in a straight line to the
southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 77 of the Riverdale Park Sub-
division, thence with the lines of said Subdivision to the ex-
treme southwest corner thereof, thence northerly and westerly
still with the lines of Riverdale Park Subdivision to the center-
line of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard, thence with the
