THEODORE E. MCKELDIN, GOVERNOR 1725

Naylor to the centerline of the road from Marlboro to Groom
Station, also known as the Croom Station Road, thence north-
erly with the centerline of the
Croom Station Road to the
centerline of a branch which runs back of the property formerly
owned by Maynard Roberts, thence northwesterly with the
centerline of said branch and the projection thereof to the
centerline of the Grain Highway, thence with the centerline
thereof to the westerly line of the Frederick Sasscer Farm,
thence following the westerly lines of said farm to the center-
line of the Marlboro Pike, thence westerly with the centerline
of the Marlboro Pike to the centerline of the old road leading
into the Dille Farm, thence northerly with the centerline of
said road to the rear line of the lots laid off out of said Dille
Farm, thence easterly with the rear line of said lots and the
projection thereof to the centerline of the abandoned Chesa-
peake Beach Railroad Right of Way, thence northwesterly with
the centerline of said Right of Way about three-fourths of a
mile to the centerline of a small branch, a tributary of Western
Branch, thence easterly with the centerline of said small branch
to the centerline of Brown's Station Road at a point about
one mile north of the Marlboro Pike, thence northerly and
westerly with the centerline of Brown's Station Road to the
point of beginning.

541. (Hyattsville Election District No. 18. ) Beginning at
the point where the centerlines of Edmonston Road and Hamil-
ton
Street intersect, thence running westerly in a straight line
to the southwest corner of Lot. 8, Block 77, Riverdale Park
Subdivision, thence following the lines of said Sub-division to
the extreme southwest corner thereof, thence northerly and
westerly still with the lines of
Riverdale Park Subdivision to
the centerline of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard, thence
northerly with the centerline of the Washington-Baltimore
Boulevard to the boundary line between West Riverdale Sub-
division and the Maryland Real Estate and Investment Com-
pany's Addition to Hyattsville, thence westerly with said
boundary line to the centerline of 43rd Place, thence northerly
with the centerline of 43rd Place to the centerline of Colesville
Road, thence westerly with the centerline of Colesville Road
to the centerline of Queens Chapel Road, thence southwesterly
with the centerline of Queens Chapel Road to the northerly
boundary of the property formerly owned by the Sisters of
Providence (described in a deed from the United States of
America to H. C. deLozier recorded in Liber 802, Folio 306 of
the Land Records of Prince George's County), said boundary
being also the northerly boundary of Block 19, Section 5,
Queen's Chapel Manor as shown on a plat recorded in Plat
Book 14, Plat 56, thence westerly with the northerly and west-
