the centerline of the Beaverdam Road westerly to the center-
line of the Beaverdam Creek, thence westerly with the center-
line of the Beaverdam Creek to the centerline of Greenbelt
Road or State Road No. 205, thence northerly with the center-
line of the Greenbelt Road to the centerline of Sunny side Road,
thence with the centerline of the Sunny side Road westerly to
the centerline of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, thence
southerly with the centerline of the Baltimore and Ohio Rail-
road to the eastward projection of the northerly line of the
subdivision of Hollywood-on-the-Hill, thence westerly along the
northerly boundary line of said subdivision to the centerline of
Edgewood Road, thence with the centerline of Edgewood Road
westerly to the centerline of the Washington-Baltimore Boule-

point where the centerlines of the National Defense Highway
and the Ardwick Road intersect, thence running easterly with
the centerline of the Ardwick Road to the centerline of the
Pennsylvania Railroad, thence southwesterly with the center-
line of the Pennsylvania Railroad (Magruder Branch) to the
District of Columbia and Prince George's County boundary
line, thence with the said boundary line northwesterly to the
centerline of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad (Main Line),
thence northeasterly with the centerline of the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad to the centerline of the Northwest Branch,
thence southeasterly with the centerline of the Northwest
Branch to its confluence with Northeast Branch, thence north-
easterly with the centerline of the Northeast Branch to the
centerline of the Alexandria Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad, thence southerly with the centerline of the Baltimore
