(1947 Supplement), title "State Department of Public Wel-
fare, " sub-title "Board of Welfare, " said new sub-section to be
known as Sub-section (c), and to follow immediately after
Sub-section (b) of said section and Article and to read as
follows:

12. (c) The County Welfare Board of Carroll County shall
submit to the County Commissioners of said county within one
month following the close of each fiscal year, a complete statis-
tical report of the activities of said County Board during the
said year. The report SHALL BE BROKEN DOWN BY
ELECTION DISTRICTS AND shall contain detailed data of
the various programs, itemized expenses and disbursements in
connection therewith, itemized administrative expenses and
any other data deemed necessary by said County Commis-
sioners.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1
of Article 21 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Conveyancing", sub-title "Conveyances in Gen-
eral", as amended by Chapter 507 of the Acts of 1949, pro-
viding for recordation of certain leases.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1 of Article 21 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Conveyancing", sub-title "Con-
veyances in General", as amended by Chapter 507 of the Acts
of 1949, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

1. No estate of inheritance or freehold, or any declaration
or limitation of use, or any estate above seven years, shall pass
