SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

CHAPTER 564
(House Bill 362)

AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 12 of Article 88A
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"State Department of Public Welfare, " sub-title "Board of
Welfare, " said new sub-section to be known as Sub-section
(c), and to follow immediately after Sub-section (b) of said
section and Article, requiring the County Welfare Board of
Carroll County to submit an annual statistical report to the
County Commissioners of said County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to Sec-
tion 12 of Article 88A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
