the question whether the issuance of the bonds provided by
Section 1 hereof shall be authorized. The proper authorities
shall cause to be printed on the ballots to be used at said elec-
tion the title to this Act, and underneath said title on separate
lines a square or box to the right of and opposite the words
"For Sewage Treatment Plant Bonds, sewer rental charges
and/or increased taxes", and a corresponding square or box
to the right of and opposite the words "Against Sewage Treat-
ment Plant Bonds, sewer rental charges and/or increased
taxes", so that the said voters shall be able to designate by
an X mark in the proper square or box his or her decision for
or against the issuance of said bonds. If a majority of the
votes cast at said election on said question shall be "For Sew-
age Treatment Plant Bonds, sewer rental charges and/or
increased taxes", then Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this Act shall
automatically become effective. If a majority of the votes cast
in said election on said question shall be "Against Sewage
Treatment Plant Bonds, sewer rental charges and/or increased
taxes", then Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this Act shall not become
effective.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(Frederick County) of Section 100 and Section 101 of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Sup-
plement), title "Justices of the Peace, " sub-title "Trial Mag-
istrates System, " said Sub-section (Frederick County) of
Section 100 of said Article having been amended by Chapter
476 of the Acts of 1949; to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Sub-section (j) of Section 37B of Article 87 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Sheriffs, " sub-title "Compensation and Duties, " and to add
a new sub-section to Section 29 of Article 36 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Fees of
Officers, " sub-title "Sheriffs, " said new sub-section to be
known as Sub-section (c) and to follow immediately after
