Containing 2. 5 acres of land, more or less.
The Third thereof being and comprising a road or right-of-
way 16 feet wide, not now used, and extending through the
property now owned by the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more in a southerly and southwesterly direction beginning on
the southerly side of Edmondson Avenue where the northern-
most and westernmost outlines of the parcel of land herein
secondly described intersects the southerly side of Edmondson
Avenue Extended, said road or right-of-way being more par-
ticularly described and referred to in a Deed from George F.
Bragg, Jr., and wife unto the Maryland Home for Friendless
Colored Children of Baltimore City, dated August 24, 1911,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County
in Liber W. P. C. 384, folio 268.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 473)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 161 and 162 of the Charter of the
City of Cumberland (1950 Edition), being Article 1A of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "City of
Cumberland", sub-title "Registration of Voters", and to
enact in lieu thereof seven new sections, to be known as
Sections 161, 162, and 162A to 162E, inclusive, of said
Charter and to follow immediately after Section 160 thereof,
establishing a system of continuous registration for munici-
pal elections in the City of Cumberland and providing gen-
erally as to the powers and duties of the Mayor and City
Council, the City Clerk and election officials with respect
thereto.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 161 and 162 of the Charter of the City of
Cumberland (1950 Edition), being Article 1A of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "City of Cumberland",
