CHAPTER 480
(House Bill 222)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
238 (f) of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title
"Orphans' Courts", as said sub-section was amended by
Chapter 423 of the Acts of 1949, providing that each Judge
of the Orphans' Court for Calvert County shall receive an
annual allowance for traveling and other expenses.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section 238 (f) of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Testamentary
Law", sub-title "Orphans Courts", as said sub-section was
amended by Chapter 423 of the Acts of 1949, be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
238.
(f) Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Courts for Anne
Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, Calvert and Harford Counties shall
receive the sum of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) for every day's attend-
ance upon the sessions of said Court. The Judges of the Or-
phans' Court for Calvert County shall each receive an allowance
for traveling and other expenses, in the amount of One Hun-
dred and Fifty Dollars ($150. 00) ONE HUNDRED DOL-
LARS ($100. 00) per year to be paid quarterly by the County
Commissioners of Calvert County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.
