SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

(Senate Bill 399)

AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 110 of Article
52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supple-
ment), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial
Magistrates System", as amended by Chapter 752 of the
Acts of 1949, said new sub-section to be known as Sub-
section (d) of said Section and to follow immediately
after Sub-section (c) of said section, providing for a
Substitute Trial Magistrate to sit in the Town of North
Beach.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to Section
110 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947
Supplement), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial
Magistrates System", as amended by Chapter 752 of the
Acts of 1949, said new sub-section to be known as Sub-
section (d) of said section and to follow immediately
after Sub-section (c) of said section, and to read as
follows:

110.

(d) In Calvert County, in addition to the Substitute
Trial Magistrate provided for hereinabove, there shall be
an additional Substitute Magistrate who shall sit in the
Town of North Beach. He shall receive a salary of Two
Hundred Dollars ($200. ) per year and shall be subject to
all the other laws relating to Substitute Trial Magistrates.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.
