Department of Baltimore City shall be paid at such time
or times as the Police Commissioner shall determine, un-
less otherwise specifically provided by law.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal Section 535 of the Charter and Public
Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition), title
"Miscellaneous Local Laws, " sub-title "Police Commis-
sioner, " heading "Organization of Force. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 535 of the Charter and Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition), title "Miscellaneous
Local Laws, " sub-title "Police Commissioner, " heading
"Organization of Force, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-
section (a) of Section 532 of the Charter and Public
Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition), title "Mis-

responsibility of the chief inspector, increase the number
