less otherwise specifically provided by law.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 535 of the Charter and Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition), title "Miscellaneous
Local Laws, " sub-title "Police Commissioner, " heading
"Organization of Force, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.
