CHAPTER 62
(Senate Bill 101)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 1 to 25, inclusive, of Article 21
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Almshouse, "
said sections relating to the Trustees of the Poor and the
Almshouse of Talbot County.
WHEREAS, the County Almshouse is no longer being
used and has been sold, thereby making these sections un-
necessary; now therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 1 to 25, inclusive, of Article 2i of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County, " sub-title "Almshouse, " be and they are
hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
113, Sub-sections 115 (A) and (B), Section 116, and Sub-
sections 118 (B) and (C), 120 (A) and 121 (A) of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County (1947
Edition), (being Section 121-2, Sub-sections 121-4(A)
and (B), Section 121-5, and Sub-sections 121-7(B) and
(C), 121-9(A) and 121-10(A), respectively, of the
1950 Montgomery County Code, being Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "Chevy Chase View, "
and to add a new sub-section to Section 118 (121-7)
thereof, said new sub-section to be known as (D) and to
follow immediately after Sub-section (C) thereof, chang-
