AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
1309 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery
County (1947 Edition), being Section 130-44 of the Mont-
gomery County Code (1950 Ed. ), being Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County, " sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary Dis-
trict, " and Section 1444 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1943 Edition), being Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince
George's County, " sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, " relating to drainage systems within the jurisdic-
tion of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission and
including an enforcement clause therein.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1309 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Montgomery County (1947 Edition), being Section 130-44 of
the Montgomery County Code (1950 Ed. ), being Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary District",
and Section 1444 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1943 Ed. ), being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary District, "
be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
1309. (130-44) (1444). fa; Any Act of the General Assembly
of Maryland or any ordinance or regulation of any incorpo-
rated town, special taxing district, or taxing area, inconsistent
with the provisions of Sections 1303-1309 (130-38 to 130-44)
(1437-1444) are hereby repealed or modified to the extent of
such inconsistency.
