title "Cecil County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-
heading "Crier and Bailiffs, " Section 119 having been
amended by Chapter 928 of the Acts of 1943, said sec-
tions relating to the compensation of the Crier and
Bailiffs of Cecil County.

WHEREAS, the compensation of the Crier and Bailiffs has
been prescribed by Section 11 of Article 36 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), thereby mak-
ing these sections unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 119 and 120 of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil
County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-heading "Crier
and Bailiffs, " Section 119 having been amended by Chap-
ter 928 of the Acts of 1943, be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal Section 325 of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Cecil County, " sub-title "Orphans Court, " said Section
relating to the compensation of the Judges of the
Orphans Court.

WHEREAS, Section 238 of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), prescribes the sal-
aries of the judges of the Orphans Court of Cecil County,
thereby making this section unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 325 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local
