the sale of the real estate of Sophia Goldsborough,
deceased.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Judges of Talbot county court, be

petition of any one or more of the heirs or legal repre-
sentatives of Sophia Goldsborough, late of said county,
deceased, or of any one claiming under such help, to

be given of the amount of money so deposited, and the
name of the bank in which it is deposited, and that all
persons having a claim to any part of said money, shall

to the portion claimed, and that after said day the court
