the sale of the real estate of Sophia Goldsborough,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Judges of Talbot county court, be

petition of any one or more of the heirs or legal repre-
sentatives of Sophia Goldsborough, late of said county,
deceased, or of any one claiming under such help, to

appoint a trustee to make said sale, who shall give
bond for the performance of his duty, and be govern-
ed by the same rules as trustees are in any other case.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the money arising
from said sale, shall, when received, be deposited by
order of said court, in same bank, to be specified in the
order for that purpose.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That notice by publica-
tion in such news paper as the court may direct, shall
be given of the amount of money so deposited, and the
name of the bank in which it is deposited, and that all
persons having a claim to any part of said money, shall
file their petition in Talbot county court, by a day to
be named by the court, stating how lie or she is entitled
to the portion claimed, and that after said day the court
